Gabriel Corredor Aristizábal (born 1991, Villavicencio) is a Colombian visual artist based in Leipzig. His work examines intersections between personal histories, global power relations and political violence. He uses experimentation with photography, moving image and expanded media to reflect on the use and representation of violence for political and economic ends.

He currently studies at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig (HGB), attending the Photography and Moving Image class of Prof. Tina Bara and visiting the Expanded Cinema class of Prof. Clemens von Wedemeyer. He receives a scholarship from the Friedrich‑Ebert‑Stiftung since 2022. Recent recognitions include the Study Prize as well as the Special Award of the Friends of the HGB and Sparkasse Leipzig (2023/24). His work has been shown in group exhibitions at Künstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), Frise Künstler*innenhaus (Hamburg), and the HGB Gallery (Leipzig). A solo exhibition was presented at Galerie Kwartier Nord (Hanover) in July–September 2024.
